it sort of reminds me of the Heard v Depp case - Heard could have stopped the rubbish a long time ago but ego prevented her from doing so - now she won't be remembered for anything except for the lies, extortion and bullying... seems to me there is a lack of journalistic morals internationally.
i don't think ISX will settle out of court - that might prevent the class actions (I'm sure there is the potential for more than one). i think this has now gotten way too personal for that settlement avenue. although - It would prevent years of appeals.
