Yes this very easily could be a Disallowed from these levels. As mentioned, the technology has unlimited potential. SEN is a great example of what can happen. Also look at NXR which went from 2c to 10c on their biometric security retinal scanner at a very very early development stage. KKL is cheaper, and in my opinion, has an asset (CertainID) which is more widely applicable in the industry, and hence more disruptive. It'll only be a matter of time before we see this get re-rated appropriately.
