I did not read it. Not a regualr reader of smh.

Last 12 months I tried to find a sponser to do this research (and access to the data) since I beleive this research would have a great value to the regular people and possibly will force the goverment to change the regualtions and possibly delist all spec companies (in my dream).....or at least limit the salary of the directors,...

A company can not raise 5M$ in SPP if the salary/cost of 2-3 directors is above 1M and the total value of the company is 10M.....easy to fix by using a decent common sense regualtions....

So far, no success to do this research :)
