    Any long term holder in CTO is very justified in having a winge in this serial under-deliverer. Management cannot sit back and not meet targets for two years and in fact go backwards on production from 2 years ago and expect holders to be happy.IMO What most want to know is where did they stuff up and just how badly have they have stuffed up . About time they came clean.
