    Are you must be saying is all Madoff's investors are fools then? No the shareholder in this instance who were mislead by Madoff.

    Therefore the investigation should be into the the Company and its management who are telling us they are comfortable with production forecasts during the middle of an SPP to shareholder?

    Auditors who are not consistent with other ASX200 Cmopanies?

    Independent Valuations done on a basis other than actual valuations?

    Investments accounted for at costs PLUS an independent valaution?

    Those sorts of things. No that I am an expert and happy to hear from people like you Amer than know more about this, but it is what I am reading?
