I just had a conversation with regards to the Epelango and their 10% with a true gentleman that I have respected from EXT for some years now.
I was way off tap. This is not a 10% cash grab but an equity grab. However it is not a gift, they just want to be a shareholder just like all of us are. There terms may be a little different but it is nothing untoward.
How they work it with the chinese is totally between them and EXT are not privvy to the deal once again.
BUT.........lets see what pans out.......
