    I think DRM's management is very good but this looks like just an attempt to grab some quick cash on the back of the strong sp. Paying down debt is not a good enough reason imo. Its only expected to take 14 mths from memory to pay of debt. Ill assume for now there must be a better reason but i cant think what.

    One of the biggest pro's about DRM is the low number of shares issued imo.
