I think the take over comment a couple of posts back is pertinent. I would have thought a decent time to do it is heading into production knowing all approvals are ticked off and the plant is commissioned etc???
Al the grunt work has been completed and beofre PRU get too far down the track.
Also the longer the suitors wait the more reserves a booked only increasing a takeover price.
