OK found where he purchased 910,600 on market at 1.5c each in February 2021. Have also found a couple of times where they have been slow lodging initial directors interest notices or change of notices to the ASX. Another example is that our MD had options lapse on the 30th April this year and there hasn't been a "Lapse of Unquoted Securities" notice lodged with the ASX - these sort of things are really basic housekeeping things that we pay the company secretary to keep an eye on and do - but are falling by the wayside. There is at least one occasion there where the ASX has previously sent them a please explain for late lodgement of a director's interest notice. Given that these options expired on the 30th of April there should have been a change of director's interest notice lodged as well as the lapse of unquoted securities notice. It is just very sloppy work.
