    I'd suggest not placing too much credence in the postings of those talking about Avexa developing an HIV vaccine. Avexa are not trying to do that. Their product is an HIV treatment designed to treat the disease. Even if it works as everyone hopes, it will not cure it, nor prevent it. It is nothing to do with a vaccine. That said, chances of moving to Phase 3 look very good.
