Remember how many puzzled comments there have on this site over many months about how could a company with such a profitable project could see its share price plummet by 80%. It appears that the ‘big boys’ have always had a more accurate picture of the reasons why. This means that the current share price reflects their concerns. Well now, we also know that there are delays and perhaps difficult negotiations still ahead that may be responsible for EWC’s share price decline. Going from hype to panic is again not a sophisticate investor response. The current share price may well reflect all this. .

Remember what Buffet says –if you are not prepared to hold a share for ten years, don’t buy them.

Again things are not helped by management not giving regular updates so that all of us get a clear picture. EWC management has a background in running private companies and seem to be functioning a bit in that vein.

It is also worth noting that it is in Indonesia’s interest to have the Sengkang LNG facility commercially operating as soon as possible.
