Completely agree. It's a bad look. Doesn't send a message he is 100% backing the business either if he's holding onto obligations elsewhere.
Regardless of whether the announcement today is good or not. His salary should be reflective of his outputs. I suspect there isn't a whole heap going on for him prior to funding getting up so there is a strong suggestion shareholders aren't getting a good deal in terms of cash burn & dilution
