I agree totally about the strengths of Boart, but I'm not sure they count for anything much in a systemic risk scenario.
There's a great explanation here.
In short, no matter how desirable Boart may be to lenders, they may not have any choice but to call in the debt so that they can cover their own liabilities. The systemic part implies that all/most lenders are being forced to do the same thing at the same time so, although extremely unlikey IMHO, Boart could, theoretically, be left in quite a bind.
Another complicating factor on share markets, is that the risk doesn't even have to be real. A shift in perception of the risk could just as easily see highly leveraged companies fall again. So I'll be breathing a big sigh of relief once this risk disappears for Boart.
