is this this the same mob, that were going to drill some holes around perth, for geothermal energy (the university of west australia comes to mind)
it seems that the greenies (as shareholders), are not all that keen to put up the money (the government will contribute) - and the company seems to be happy to accept, that a move into none renewables, is also a good idea.
the only commitment is to money.
one wonders how much money, the likes of bob brown put into funding renewables - or is it only a good idea, if the government uses taxpayer funds????.
mostly it seems that it is only a few "penny dreadfuls" that seem to be interested in renewable energy - and the companies were probably formed, by opportunistic promoters, who cashed in on prevailing sentiment.. just in case, it works out - but the promoters get director fees, vendor shares etc etc.
anyway, hopefully, the company can drill a couple of holes, and they can generate some geothermal energy
