    So the company suffers a whopping 25% Knock to its share price in just 2 days... national media coverage of a brutal attack on a member of the general public a pending law suit a client Perron reeling over the “bad publicity” and nothing from the company (MSG:ASX)
    Can the company assure if this is an isolated incident?
    I stated yesterday I am aware the tender for the Perron group is up for renewal and this couldn’t have happened at a worst time for MCS (MSG:ASX).
    Do the right thing and update the market, US shareholders need to know if the management team is competent and the board has a duty of care to all its shareholders informing us of any pending legal action against the company.
