Can the company assure if this is an isolated incident?
I stated yesterday I am aware the tender for the Perron group is up for renewal and this couldn’t have happened at a worst time for MCS (MSG:ASX).
Do the right thing and update the market, US shareholders need to know if the management team is competent and the board has a duty of care to all its shareholders informing us of any pending legal action against the company.
