The Scheme Consideration means, in respect of each Scheme Share:, a cash amount of $0.208.
(a) a cash amount of $0.146; or
(b) a cash amount of $0.207 if, not later than the day that is (unless otherwise agreed in
writing by ResApp and Pfizer) 9 Business Days before the Scheme Meeting, the
Qualifying Confirmatory Data Readout Condition has been satisfied or waived by Pfizer in
writing.
