Firstly, great that Pfizer have finally upped the offer, was an insult prior.

Just bear in mind that the IER had a preferred value of the current offer. It has increased the preferred value by .001 since the initial draft came out.

While I’m happy to be wrong, I’m not sure if there has been a competing bid at present.

I feel like there would be an announcement even though I know Pfizer have the first right to match. I could be wrong though, just didn’t think that just because Pfizer have the first opportunity to match means any competing bid is not disclosed.
