You are right on the money, offshore accumulation started on Jan 3, 2006 and is not finished yet (mostly from UK). If they are smart they will take a pause but somehow i dont think so as most now see the real value in EXT, also combined with strong following building up in Australia. Thankfully many of us identified the future value as early as 12 months ago. It was well worth waiting for.
