If this is the truth (and I don’t believe it for one second) then this seemingly rational reason for the delay of the tier 3 accreditation should have been disclosed to the market.

Facts:

International travel between Perth & Singapore has been open for a little while now - if a visit hasn’t been possible so far, then one should certainly now be booked.

Singapore Airlines has direct flights between Perth/Singapore operating almost every day - it’s only a 5 hr trip.

No COVID testing even required in & out of Singapore, no quarantine required etc.

They are misleading you.
