    just wondering if this is the turning point....noticed last two days some reasonable size buying orders being placed at 16.0 cents yesterday and now again at 16.5 cents
    have not seen that in a while in CER maybe just MAYBE its the turning point where smart investors see the great value thats in this company....imo
