Maybe it natural if you have been involved with something for a long time you wish to diversify and the IPO provides that opportunity.
I like Shiriro and even to the extent a few years ago re an appliance fault they provided us very good information for free to assist. Not that they made any money but shows they knew their stuff.
None the less, about $1 is right IMO. This is not a company worth more than $100m IMO. If you check through history post the IPO you might just find Mike quoted seeing how happy he was with the dollar. On balance I'd say that is the right price too.
