Because everytime PNO raise money, it is to sophs. We are due a 100mil share placement in Febuary. You are not entitled only sophs and registered clients can apply.
Why will the market re-rate the shares now, when discounted shares will be issued and push the sp back down. Its a stalemate. We need them to get it over with IMO.
Ofcourse sophs are no different to us, but they do get these special offers. They still make mistakes and get shares wrong.
