Doniac, we approved it, so too late now. I guess we gave them 3months from the AGM to issue the shares. That coincides with end of Feb. They could just let it lapse and not raise. But the market is waiting for those shares.

Money is tight.

We need to pay Crossmark. We need advertising budget. We need research dollars.

We could probably put things on hold until PNOO expire, but if we dont spend cash to make cash, then we wont see 1.5c Catch-22.
