Just what I said previously- that the govt is scheduled to make a decision this week.
I heard that on Friday, after Simon had left Kyrgyzstan and while Simon was in Zurich so I can't see a change of schedule being likely in time to discuss it in Zurich.
The schedule may change but I see no reason to expect that.
I think the selling today had more to do with those 100,000 sell orders being lined up before the open than what was said in Zurich.
Simon is hardly going to go there to talk the stock down.

Re the 100,000 sell orders; who in their right mind lines up orders like that if they actually want to sell.
Putting on one at a time or smaller orders is much more likely from someone that really wants to sell.
