rumbai----put yourself in the seat of a Chinese buyer about to sign an off-take agreement----would you sign it if you couldnt be convinced by the supplier that they could deliver?I also dont think a DFS is needed when you have 80% deposit--do you?
I also dont think it will be long before the last box is ticked--ie---the $65 million loan is probably ready and waiting for this off-take agreement--all IMO.
