It pays to realise how much we presented and met with biotech investors and development partners in the US lately and how a low SP action corresponded with those meetings. When viewed in light of funding arrangements possibly hinging on those results, it becomes clear that price was pushed down systematically. Alternatively, if there, as you say, were problems with the results, those results must have been known by trading entities in August already as our SP decline started back then. Naturally, that would make no sense as trials only just started.
Our low of 13 cents on volume was during the Oppenheimer summit, surely bad tox results were not freely shared at that event...
SP action prior mergers, TOs and partnering contracts are supressed and depressing for shareholders. This has been ongoing ever since we declined after our second ocular drug news, all the way down from 19 cents. No insider knowledge there on bad results, simply a systematic price destruction and some targetted accumulation at times to get SP to a target zone for negotiations.
