Funding arrangements with US based partners would preceed Nasdaq listing.
When price is over 60 cents due to those partnerships/ investments ( all on the heels of validation of our pipeline through milestone data ), I would envisage a dual listing, not before.
The establishment of our San Diego offices are the precursor for US investments to follow,
same goes for Haddock and Rosenblatt who are both up for reelection next week.
