Wiped 15 cents, teasing 15.5 cents on low volume trades to lure in sellers ( or more swapping/ stacking, to whatever theory one is leaning ) and wipe that subsequently.
Whether price is allowed to move up beyond 15.5 cents is hard to say, in my opinion it all depends on whether the deal is in finalised with investors/ partners or still in progress, basically pointing to a timing issue when partner/ investor commits, prior to pipeline validating news or after.
Overall, it all comes down to technicalities, as I see it, and the outcome is the same eventually, a much appreciated SP and much expanded, fully financed pipeline.
