I used to hold MGT. when I lost hope in the project and mgmt, I left. I took a loss but had I stayed I would have been many fold worse.

if you have no hope in the project and the mgmt then why should one be here?

I stuck it out with KRR for the past 1.5 years because I believed there was potential in Tennant Creek. There were times when I didn't agree with the management's approach and I critiqued them. Now I am ok with the activity they have committed to and there is no reason for me to be critical.
