At 5c each director will get 1.25 million Dollars worth of shares if the SP hits 5c.

I don't think many of us are likely to make that much profit if the SP hits 5c. Therefore the directors stand to benefit the most if the SP goes up. There is no reason why they wouldn't want the stock to do well.

by the time the 10,000 meters are drilled a year will have passed since the issue of performance rights.

that will leave another year for the geologists before their rights expire and 2 years for the directors before their rights expire.

this is probably the best opportunity to push the price to 3c/5c. I don't think they will let it pass by easily.
