Is Reo bluffing or just trying to get a better deal from the UK government?
Be interesting to see how this plays out.

"Rio consider future of London power plant
Mining giant Rio Tinto is considering selling off one of its UK coal-fired power stations before the implementation of new environmental laws.
About STG40 million ($A60.39 million) would have to be spent on the station at Lynemouth in Northumberland to bring it up to standard ahead of tighter emissions controls to be enforced from 2013, London's Daily Express newspaper reports.
Rio Tinto Alcan uses the same site to produce aluminium
German-owned energy giant RWE Npower is believed to be interested in buying the plant, and converting it to burn a cheaper and cleaner biomass, the report said.
"These costs are a very significant threat to the business," a Rio spokesman said of the outlay required to make the plant greener.
The spokesman did not comment on the plant's possible sale, but said the company was considering all options, including closing the site, which employs 630 people."
