    No you are wrong. ALL REFORMS to capitalism are repealed. It;'s like reforming slavery. We can repeal the current faults as was done after the Great Depression and World War II, BUT ALL REFORMS ARE ALWAYS REPEALED. This is an iron law of capitalism. Those who control the state are always in a position to buy the politicians they want and to buy the laws they want.
