Anderson was both an Executive Director and a Non-Executive Director of Ady. If he opposed the deal with Campbell Olsen he probably did so in a meeting of Ady's Board. If so, such an oposition would most probably be part of the minutes of the respective Ady board meeting.
IMHO, ASIC has the right to requisition and review all Ady's board meeting minutes and if there was such oposition by Anderson to a deal with Campbell Olsen, the proof of this would be in the Ady board minutes.
The other thing to do is to call anderson and ask him directly if he opposed a deal with Campbell Olsen in a Ady board meeting and if the minutes of such a meeting clearly state his oposition and the resons for the same.
