Investing is all about weighing up the pros and cons and the risk/chance of upside versus downside.

The likelihood of approval is almost a given as far as I am concerned - its just a matter of time, which is always frustrating. That being said, either way, the current price is extremely attractive, even if there is still some sort of delay.

So to me, the upside opportunity far outweighs any downside risk and at this price, there is a fantastic opportunity to make some very good returns. Looking at it from the other side, for someone coming in at this price, the chance for it to drop much lower is pretty low.

Once we have approval, I'd have to laugh at any downside analysis.
