Not right now! In fact its worth $6.74!!! But whats it worth when they moor their FPSO in the Puffin field and start selling 30000 BOPD in September/October at $90 a pop??? $8 to $10???
Whats it worth when they drill in November and verify the SW sector contains 40 MBO? $14 to $16???
Finally, whats it worth (see todays announcement) when they get another FPSO in the field selling an ADDITIONAL 30000 BOPD for $90 a pop by March-April next year? $16 to $20???
Chuck in the NE2 sector estimate of 10 MBO (which they propose to also drill in November) and we are looking at 90 MBO or a five year run at say 18 MBO pa.
Has to be worth at least $20 assuming it pans out as discussed over the next 8 months.
Have not even mentioned the Talbot field or the Frog prospect which are all multi-million barrel prospects that could easily double the above production run of five years.
This is a bonanza. An absolute bonanza.
I am buying this on the dips.
