I too would much prefer TLS not to issue a special dividend.
I would rather see it use such cash for organic growth.TLS is the leader in telecommunications, the sector with enormous potential, both now and long term.
A special dividend could only mean one thing. That would be that the management could think of nothing else to do with the money. Surely not!
