Long time no hear. Thought you were taking a rest from the market.

The trend is up so going short requires perfect timing.

Very few people, none i know personally are good at it.

I went short yesterday at $12.25 but my reasons were based on probability and presumed market behaviour on this short trading day and the US and EU expected profit taking. [ In other words i was lucky ]

I would not recommend attempting to pick the exact highs of any stock. It is most difficult as you would well be aware by now.

I plan to reduce my position before close and only leave enough to take advantage of a possible fall on open next session.

In a nutshell shorting resources is risky atm.
