One related thought...isn’t it likely that Barry Marshall and colleagues control the core IP? In which case, while Akida is a critical and timely bolt-on, perhaps the appropriate offer/communication should be directed elsewhere?
No question the offer is worthy, but just who could legitimately take it onboard?
