I dont think there would be much of an advntage for THC in that merger.
THC doesnt need anything from CAN, they have their own extraction facility, they just need funding for their grow sites (which are going to be a lot cheaper than CAN because they are retrofitting an already established facility). THC needs cash which CAN doesnt have.
