    Bloody hell its all gone Peter Tong in here today.....what time did they get the news???? .....10,12,2,3,4???...they couldn't just announce it; and it would seem that they would have to flick the ALDP bunch their Ann prior to going to market for a tick and flick

    Let them open the envelope (I'm sure its done), write their Ann,, flicked to the ALDP bunch; let a government department responded after they have passed it around 10 times like a hot potato ( anyone dealt with a government department lately..)

    Seriously were you expecting it today?.. Has anyone else announced that they have got through to RFP?
