Today I predict one of three things happening:

1) SP will end up
2) SP will end down
3) SP will end up even

Two out of three aint bad.

But regardless of the outcome today I believe it will be some time before we see any consistency in this equity. Best guess, and it is a wild guess is by end of 2009, after all these organisations go through restructuring of the debt and evaluations of their assets to reflect the current market. Will be some scarey moments during this period, but hanging in there seems to me to be the best option.

The strategy I intend to adopt is to to slowly accumulate on the downward trends, always averaging down when I have a large gap and then ride it up, if it ever turns.
