I just wonder why the niobarra presentation is not considered coporate in nature (announcement). It is clear that TB discussed the existing assets of SSN and part of Niobarra is already considered sold. This will give an upside push on the SP as a proof of the validity of the acreage sale. The only material infromation is the final acreage sale amount and the name of the buyer.
I am more impressed in the farmout next year with the initial two niobarra wells (vertical first to assess oil presence and later lateral with multi-fracc to leverage on this techonology).
