    I've been holding LOM for about 3 years, and topped up heavily in the past 3 months.
    I seldom (never?) post, as I usually have nothing to of value to add.
    But I appreciate the frequent postings from the regulars.
    I've learned what I know about diamond mining from you.

    So my question, if you'll entertain it: what's in it for the Angolan govt to go slow on LOM's mining license?
    Is there an advantage for anybody in going slow?
    Or do we think it's just due diligence in slow motion?
