Yes P an interesting read, Petra all full of enthusiasm then after 10 years decide it's in the too hard basket for the margins they are looking at. Does say that if it has been in SA or Tanzania they would have persevered so bit of a commercial dummy spit against the Angolan regime. Maybe that might help Lucapa and future companies in the sense that perhaps Angola might realise they have to try harder to accomodate their JV partners with a better deal. Thanks for posting.
