I think as usual people are getting a little carried away with this presentation. A few things that I did take out of it: nor is a very small company and they're going around for the first time. They are going to make mistakes. I do like the way they've been able to generate the downloads however, as we know, converting them to paid clients is a whole other issue. Yes the mention of Facebook was around Facebook (the company) giving more suggestions however it seems to be more in relation to getting the most out of the advertising which they're paying for. They're probably quite a large client for Facebook. I also think this showing some light on why things haven't run exactly as we would like as they are new to the whole reporting to market and learning as they go along in regards to this. From this point I don't think we should read too much into the decisions around reporting as this is not sharks circling the tank but newbies trying to find what works in this regard.
