The reason for why this has been taking so long........ accurate measurements.

This is where Dr D severely misses the point. He maintains that the virus can easily be counted but he is wrong. It's also the reason the trial was delayed in the first place....... things are getting better, and Biotron have the old bloods from previous trials. They are possibly in possession of some dynamite stats.
