Yes, so have I georgenow. The difference seems to be that the parcel size available is the same regardless of how many shares one holds. So I imagine that existing shareholders would only get the benefit of averaging down slightly and those buying the minimum holding now to get the shares will have a low average entry price but not a lot of shares....
