Jaded, you said "and please Piano and Poetry Capital of the World ?" You read wrongly. Of China or HuBei Province (not sure), ***not*** "of the world". You should try to understand it from the context of a city trying to balance all those industrial developments with cultural developments. And you should understand that it is not easy to become a Piano City or a Poetry city as there are benchmarks to achieve. I mentioned one XiaMen town (been there myself) has already been called the piano town for decades (a piano museum full of vintage pianos, holding national and international competitions, high household ownership, produced famous pianists, etc, etc.). I mentioned these two piano/poetry things to show that the city is really determined to achieve the goals it set out for the year.
