How do you know if Tony Alford is selling as well or continues to hold? From a recent Fairfax article-
"Another mystery surrounding RFG is the exact size of Alford's shareholding.
Up until June 30, 2017, Alford owned about 11.2 per cent of RFG's stock.
However, in September he issued a shareholder notice explaining how he was "decoupling" his stake from a single holding into various entities. The upshot of the "decoupling" is that it will be difficult for investors to know whether he continues to maintain his holding in the company or will continue to sell it down."
Gee it'd be interesting to see whether or not he's sold or selling his stake after "decoupling" his stake as alledged in the Fairfax article but I guess we'll never know unless a full blown investigation is carried out by the authorities in future.
