For those that feel this mess could not have been foreseen, all you need to have done is read the various announcements from the company , and noted how things never seemed to work out as they should.
Add in a debt funding package that you would have to be desperate to sign up for, and it all screams AVOID.
I only got interested in this company because a friend asked me whether I could look at the capital raising, he thanked me the other day.
